We do not discriminate in providing apartment locating services, and we will not steer renters toward or away from any building or neighborhood based on a protected characteristic.

Under the federal Fair Housing Act and the Texas Fair Housing Act, it is illegal to discriminate in housing because of:

Assistance Animals and Reasonable Accommodations

People with disabilities may request reasonable accommodations in rules, policies and services, and reasonable modifications to a unit or common areas. Assistance animals, including service animals and emotional support animals, are not pets under fair housing law, and pet fees, pet rent and breed or weight restrictions generally do not apply to them. Housing providers may request reliable documentation in some cases. We can help you understand each community's request process.

How We Match Renters

We match renters to buildings based on objective criteria that renters choose to share with us, such as budget, move-in date, location preferences, desired amenities and the screening criteria communities publish or apply, including credit, income and rental history.
